GAM Practice Partners

(in alphabetical order)

GAM Forum is very selective in choosing its practice partners as it believes that only true customer management leaders can join its research and networking platform. We are proud to have on board three global companies that set the stage in the way they deal with their customers: BASF, Vodafone and Philips.

BASF is the world`s leading chemical company with 110,000 people in more than 80 countries and revenues of €64 billion in 2010.

Royal Philips Electronics is a world leader in healthcare, lifestyle and lightening with 120,000 people in more than 60 countries and revenues of €25 billion in 2010.

Vodafone is the world`s largest telecommunications company measured by revenues with 84,000 people in more than 30 countries and revenues of £46 billion in 2010.

GAM Research Partners

(in alphabetical order)

Ongoing knowledge creation would not be feasible without the contribution of our research partners. GAM Forum is partnering with the best business schools on the topic of GAM and is proud to be working with the most powerful group of subject experts in order to identify GAM best practices and future challenges.

The University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, Columbia Business School in New York, China Europe International Business School in Shanghai, and the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands lead our research agenda and empower our body of knowledge.

AMC as a strategic partner of the Center for Global Account Management at the University of St. Gallen also supports GAM Forum by holding a central operating role in its administration and logistics as well as in key research steps like the GAM Program Health Check.
